Q1. How can I create an account?

You can set up your elledecorstore.in account in two easy ways - either from our Sign Up page or with your Facebook profile.

To set up your account using our Sign Up page, simply follow these steps:

1. Click  “Sign Up” at the top of the page.

2. Enter your name and email address in the box that pops up.

3. Create a password.

4. Click “Sign Up”

To set up your account with your Facebook profile, follow these steps:

1. Click “Sign Up” at the top of the page.

2. Click “Sign Up” with Facebook.

3. Click “OK” on the permissions dialog box that appears on your Facebook page.

4. Elledecorstore.in will use your Facebook details to create your elledecorstore.in account.

Q2. How can I change my email address?

We’re sorry, you will not be able to change the email address you’ve used to create your

existing account. If you’d like to use a different email address, you’ll have to sign up and create a new account.

Q3. How can I change my password?

To change your password follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your elledecorstore.in account.

2. Go to the My Account section.

3. Go to your Profile page.

4. Click “Change Password”

5. Enter your current and new password (something secure that’s easy to remember), and confirm it.

6. Hit the Save Changes button.

Q4. Is my account and payment information secure?

Your account, Debit Card and Credit Card information are secured by best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption. To keep your personal and payment details safe, we ensure that sensitive and private data exchanges between you and xxx.com happen over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) communication channel, and are encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

SSL-secured communication channels are specially designed to protect all personal and sensitive information sent over the Internet. As per the RBI guidelines, we can tokenize the card as per the customer authentication.

Q1. When will I receive my order?

For all products, orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days or if you’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you during checkout.

Q2. What if I’m not at home and order arrives?

For all products, once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to

your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.

Q3. Will I be charged for the delivery?

No, the delivery charges will not be there.

Q1. How do I order products from elledecorstore.in?

Just a click away!

- Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our brands or

categories.

- Add these products to your basket with the ‘Add to Basket’ button or buy them right away

with the Buy Now button.

- Click your basket from the top right of the screen and hit the ‘Checkout Now’ button.

- Enter your shipping information and payment information and complete the order by hitting

‘Pay Now’ for electronic payment options or ‘Place your order’ for Cash on Delivery.

That’s it! You’re all done.

Q2. Can I place an order over the phone?

Sorry, we only accept orders placed through the elledecorstore.in website.

Q3. Can I place an order without opening an account?

Yes, you can. Simply skip the sign-in process and shop as a guest. You’ll only need to enter your address and payment information when you check out.

Q4. Can I place an order for a product that’s out of stock?

We regularly update our product range with new items, but every once in a while, you may miss out on something. Enter your email address in the Notify Me box next to the product, and you’ll be the first to know when it’s back in stock.

Q5. How do I cancel an order?

Very easy. Follow the steps you need to do:

If you’ve signed in to your account:

- Go to the Order Details page in your My Account section.

- Click on the order from which you want to cancel products.

- Select the specific products you wish to cancel.

- Click ‘Cancel selected items’.

That’s it! You’re done.

If you’re a guest user:

Call us on +91-8130421444 and we’ll help you cancel your order.

Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage. If your order has already been dispatched, then wait for it to arrive & refuse to accept the delivery.

Q6. Will I get the exact product(s) as shown in the images on your website?

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design; actual colors and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, photographic lighting sources, slight differences in product finishes over

time and other factors.

Q7. How do I know what size to order? 

We always recommend you measure your mattress, duvet or pillow before placing your order.

Q1. What are the payments we accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods:

- Visa, MasterCard Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Corporate Cards, Amex

- RuPay Debit Cards & Credit Cards.

- All Net Banking.

- Cash on Delivery.

- All Wallets

- UPI & QR Codes.

- EMI options

Please note, Cash on Delivery is not available at all locations, so do check your Pincode to confirm that it is available for you.

Q2. Is it safe to shop online with my debit and Credit cards?

Yes. We use best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption to secure and protect your shopping experience.

Q3. Is there any price limit on Cash On Delivery purchases?

Yes, the Cash on Delivery limit depends on your delivery address and your Pincode. Get in touch with our customer support team at +91-8130421444 to know the exact COD limit for your Pincode. You can also opt to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking.

Q4. Why isn’t Cash on Delivery a payment option to me?

Our courier partners are unable to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations. If you live in one of these locations, you can still choose to pay via NetBanking, Wallets or by Debit or Credit Card.

Q5. How do I pay if the Cash on Delivery option is not available for my address?

If our courier partner cannot offer Cash on Delivery for your address, try NetBanking or pay with your Debit or Credit Card. If you do not have these facilities, do get in touch with your bank to activate them easily. You can also choose to pay using one of the digital wallets we offer.

Q6. What should I do if my payment attempt fails?

If your payment has failed, please try again after checking whether your account details, billing address, Debit or Credit Card details, NetBanking details, Wallet details, or any other payment-related information is accurate. Check that your internet connection is working. If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account, Credit Card or Wallet within 5-7 business days excluding sat & sun; government holidays.

Q7. Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. Octroi or sales tax is borne by elledecorstore.in You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Q1. When will I receive my order?

Q2. Can I change my delivery address after I haveve placed my order?

We are sorry, but we will not be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You willneed to first cancel your order - either online from your account (if you are a registered user) or by calling us on +91-8130421444 (if you are a guest user). You can then place a new order with the corrected address.

Q3. Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives?

Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order.

Q4. Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?

Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner with a valid ID of their own.

Q7. My order hasn’t been delivered yet, what should I do? 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 week, please contact our customer service team at +91-8130421444 who can investigate it for you. 

Q7. Are there any hidden charges?

 Return & Refund Process

Q1. How do I return my products?

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Damaged Product

Manufacturing Defect

Incomplete Product

Incorrect Product

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Please send us 2 images/videos (one of damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product to ascertain the reason for return which can be initiated from the ‘contact us’ Section or you can send us an email to care@elledecorstore.in You can return your products in three easy ways.

Request a return online

Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a ‘Return Request.’ Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account or PayPal account within 5 -7 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and call our Customer Care at +91-8130421444 or e-mail us at care@montblancvc.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is done at the earliest. Call for a pick-up Call us at +91-8130421444 to schedule a pick-up time and location. Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account or PayPal account within 5-7 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you can opt for a transfer to your bank account. If you’re a guest user, you will receive a Credit Note. elledecorstore.in is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

Q2. When will you pick up the products I want to return?

We will arrange a pick up within 3 business days, once the return request has been made

Q3. I just returned my products. When will I receive my refund?

After we check your returns, we’ll approve your refund accordingly. If you’ve paid by card or NetBanking, your bank may take 5-7 additional business days to process the transaction.

If you’ve paid by cash, you have two choices:

You can opt for an instant refund to in your account (if you’re a registered user) or a Credit Note (if you’re a guest user). Credit Notes are usually emailed to you within 48 hours of the quality check. If you’ve opted to pay by Wallets, your refund will be credited back to your wallet only.

Q4. I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Here’s how your refund works:

- If you’ve paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking or Wallets, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet as the case may be. Your bank or wallet may take a further 5-7 days to process your refund.

- As you know, if you’ve selected Cash on Delivery, there will be no refund as you’ve not yet paid for your order.

Q5. Can I book a return online?

Yes, you can make your return online in a few easy steps:

Go to the Order History page in your My Account section.

Click on the order from which you want to return products.

Select the specific products you want to return.

Click ‘Return selected items’.

After you’ve raised a return request, our courier partner will get in touch with you to schedule a pick-up time. Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging and hand them over.

Please do check our returns policy first to know which products you can return.

Return Policy

Q1. What is your policy on returns?

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, the return has to be in compliance with the Return Policy associated with the product category, as detailed below.

Product Category: Bath, Bed, Décor, Kitchen, Living, Tableware

Products can be returned within 7 days, provided the returned product is unused, unwashed, undamaged with all labels and tags completely intact in its original packaging as delivered. 

Products shall only be eligible for return in the following circumstances:

- Product received found damaged

- Manufacturing defect(s) are identified in the products.

- The Description on the label/box of the product is inaccurate.

Q2. What is your policy on cancellations?

You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on elledecorstore.in as long as you do

so before it has been processed. If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery.

Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a discount/offers.

Once you’ve canceled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or

wallet after we’ve finished processing the cancellation.

Q3. Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

No, but you’ll be able to return products to elledecorstore.in store and use your cash refund to buy a new product right away. However, you’ll only receive a cash refund if you’d paid for your order by cash. If you’ve paid by card, wallet or NetBanking, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Q4. If I pay for my order by Debit or Credit Card, how long will it take to process my refund?

If you return your products by placing an online return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works:

- It’ll take 5-7 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check.

- We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund.

Q5. What should I do if the product delivered by you is damaged or defective?

No worries. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Customer Support team at +91-8130421444 within 24 hours of delivery via email on care@montblancvc.com. You must attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect.

Our online prices are usually the same as our in-store prices. However, we do occasionally run exclusive online or in-store promotions that may result in price differences.
